Community Advocacy Research and Evaluation Consulting Group (CARECG) was founded in 2009 and incorporated in 2012. The CARECG team include nationally recognized experts with decades of experience in managing large-scale community substance use and mental health services (prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery support) large-scale projects at the State, Tribal and local community level. We foster a collaborative capacity building, strategic planning, and evaluation process to assist our partners to implement evidence-informed best practices, track results, and report to funders and policy advocates in user-friendly formats. Our services are comprehensive, creative, efficient, effective, and based on emerging research in the fields of substance use and mental health.
