Our team of highly skilled, socially minded evaluators and grant strategists specialize in planning, implementing, evaluating, and providing technical assistance for education, health, and human service grant programs.

Evaluator: a friendly, self-directed evaluation professional who provides high-quality independent program evaluation services while cultivating strong partner relationships. Responsibilities include: 

  • Write evaluation sections for proposals including research and evaluation design, goals and objectives, and logic models.
  • Lead evaluation projects and provide high-quality services.
  • Problem-solve and consult with partners.
  • Employ a DYNAMIC, utilization-focused, and participatory approach to evaluation.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection for projects.
  • Manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Produce high-quality evaluation reports and deliverables with an emphasis on accurate data, easy-to-understand language, and use of data visualization.
  • Present finding using a variety of mediums.
  • Contribute to business development.

Requirements

Location: Remote Home Office (NC, SC, GA, or TN preferred)

Qualifications: Master’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience; Ph.D preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

Benefits: Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with match; 4 weeks PTO
